We offer our day tours in smaller groups, specially tailored for German-speaking cruise ship guests. ​

On our Monkey Island, Rainforest Walk, and Panama Canal Tour (T2), you will be picked up directly inside the port area of Colon2000. Afterwards, we will drive out of Colon and straight across the isthmus to Gamboa at Gatun Lake, once the largest artificial lake in the world. There, we will transfer to a boat and head right out onto the lake, and thus directly onto the Panama Canal.

Surrounded by tropical rainforest, we are very likely to pass right by the massive freight and container ships currently making their way through the canal. The lake is home to a rich flora and fauna; due to its unique geographical location, Panama's animal, plant, and aquatic life offers more diversity than any other country in Central America.
 

We will also pass by small islands inhabited by wild capuchin monkeys, Geoffroy's tamarins, and howler monkeys, which, with a little luck, we can observe and greet from up close. It is also possible to spot crocodiles, turtles, iguanas, and various bird species, such as the toucan. ​

Back on land, we will go on a beautiful, approximately 45-minute rainforest walk, where we will immerse ourselves directly in the tropical rainforest of Soberania National Park and, above all, marvel at Panama's diverse flora. Once back at the starting point, a small, local, and typical refreshment/snacks, as well as various drinks, will be waiting for you! :)
 

Finally, by visiting the new Agua Clara Visitor Center at the Panama Canal, we will be able to marvel at the largest lock system in the world! A new highlight here is the absolutely impressive crossing of the gigantic Atlantic Bridge (75 meters above sea level), which offers another spectacular view of the open Atlantic, as well as the large Agua Clara locks and the smaller Gatun locks.

Afterwards, we will return punctually and safely to your ship in Colón. The excursion has a total duration of 7-7.5 hours, optimally adjusted according to the available docking time of your ship! ​
